Ranch is located near two of the large auctions in Colorado.  Total acres is approximately 5600 acres, divided into 3 pastures.  The fences are all in great shape, water tanks are rubber tires with float chambers, pipeline with submerged pumps to all tanks.  One pond has never been dry, several other ponds on ranch do have water most years.
